Management team

Arnold Lobbrecht

Managing Director, Amersfoort Office

Arnold founded HydroLogic in 2000. He graduated as a Civil Engineer in 1986 and obtained a PhD in strategic and operational decision support at Delft University of Technology in 1997. He manages the Amersfoort office and is involved in large projects and consultancy activities. He is also a part-time Associate Professor in Hydroinformatics at UNESCO-IHE, where he teaches operational water management and supervises MSc and PhD students.

Leanne Reichard

Head of Hydroinformatics and Knowledge Management

Leanne graduated as a Physical Geographer from Utrecht University. She specialises in knowledge management, communication and ICT system development. She is our international representative, and also works for the Netherlands Water Partnership and coordinates the Dutch programme on Climate Services.

Maarten Spijker

Head of Water Management and Hydrology

Maarten graduated as a Physical Geographer from Utrecht University. He has been with HydroLogic from the start and specialises in hydrodynamic modelling, unsaturated zone modelling and GIS analysis and modelling. He leads two teams of modelling experts at HydroLogic and is responsible for acquisition, project management and financial management.  

Roland Price

Chief Scientific Advisor, Delft Office

Roland has been professor and leader of the core of hydroinformatics at UNESCO-IHE for 10 years. He was previously the Managing Director of the UK company Wallingford Software, which he set up and which, under his leadership, has produced very successful water modelling software. Professor Price is an associate of HydroLogic Research | Delft. He is the company’s Cheif Scientific Advisor and supports MSc and PhD research studies and further development of novel hydraulic modelling software (PriceXD).
